It was a chilly seven in the morning when a group of die-hard painters were escorted by volunteers of the Irvine Ranch Conservancy
to Limestone Canyon. I chose a spot where the mist was thick and was lifting to reveal beautiful hills covered with different native plants.
It was an intense four hours, but worth it.
